For over 30 years, Twin Power reels have built on an unrivalled heritage of reliability and power, and the latest Twin Power is no different. Thanks to the extensive use of ultra-light, rigid aluminium in the frame and rotor, as well as Shimano’s latest and most advanced gear technology, this is a reel you can trust completely in the toughest fishing situations.
If you’re the kind of angler who doesn’t compromise on gear, the Twin Power is the perfect choice. The lightweight feel hides the Twin Power’s undeniable strength and rigidity, making it perfect for strong fishing that requires plenty of retrieve power. While other reels sometimes sacrifice weight for power, or vice versa, Twin Power offers the best of both compromises in a single reel. Choose from a wide range of sizes, from the small but perfectly formed 2000, to the powerful 5000, as well as compact, low-weight versions. Different retrieve speeds are available to suit your preferences.
Featuring the latest HAGANE technologies, including HAGANE Gear, X-SHIP, Micro Module II and Silent Drive components, the Twin Power also benefits from Shimano’s three exclusive “INFINITY” technologies (INFINITYLOOP, INFINITYXROSS, INFINITY DRIVE). During use, you’ll be sure to notice the powerful feel of the Shimano Twin Power.
