A rear grip built for casting

At 90 mm long, this rear grip gives you real grip length behind the reel seat. Yet it weighs only 8.5 g. On the reel seat side, its 25 mm outside diameter gives a clean transition with the TCH Skeleton casting 13. It widens slightly to 26 mm at the other end. With a Skeleton reel seat, the blank stays in contact with your hand. Every bite travels up to your fingers.

Assembly

The inside diameter is 6.5 mm. Measure your blank where the grip will sit. If it is thicker, ream the grip. If it is thinner, fill the gap with shims. Then glue with epoxy. For a consistent set-up, pair this grip with the Fuji TCH Skeleton casting reel seat in size 13.
