Comparisons

Krystal Flash is a material that’s similar to UV Minnow Belly. Krystal Flash is a common flash material that features a twisted construction to aid in imitating scales on your flies. There are some differences between these two flashes in that Krystal Flash has a more dramatic crinkle to it and tends to be a bit less limp. Both of these materials are great choices, but if you’re looking to really dial in that baitfish belly appearance, Minnow Belly is a better option.
