A pheromone concentrate to trigger the strike

Deadly effective on sea bass

Although the Halco Catch Scent is originally labeled for freshwater, this version is favored by many professional anglers operating in saltwater. Its effectiveness on sea bass is remarkable, with some competitors making it their top choice under challenging conditions. Its application creates a natural scent trail that reassures even the most cautious predators during the final approach. Its an essential technical supplement to maximize your catch potential in heavily fished areas.

The ideal trigger for linear retrieves

This attractant doesnt just mask unwanted odorsit acts as a true stimulus during steady retrieves. In a linear presentation, the trail left by the attractant becomes the trigger that encourages the fish to complete the strike. The gels specific texture allows it to remain adhered to the lure surface, whether soft or hard. You benefit from a constant release throughout your fishing session without having to reapply after every cast.

Prolonged mouth hold for precise hook sets

One major advantage of this attractant is how the predator perceives the lure once its in the mouth. By mimicking the taste of natural prey, it encourages the fish to hold the lure longer than usual. This extra time is critical for the angler, allowing better bite detection and more precise hook sets. Using this Halco attractant gel greatly reduces the number of fish that immediately spit the lure after taking it.
