Fjord Nansen FJALAR L is a 210D nylon compression sack intended for synthetic and down sleeping bags. The manufacturer specifies size L for sleeping bags up to 1.2 kg and states that the compression straps can reduce packed volume by approximately 3040%.
The compression-strap system reduces the bulk of a packed sleeping bag, helping it take up less space inside a backpack or travel bag.
