It takes a lot for a fly to create the buzz that the Gamechanger series of flies has, and that’s for good reason, as the Gamechanger is an innovative fly that adds a sense of realism that few other streamers have. Tied by mastermind Blane Chocklett, the Gamechanger features a fully articulated spine that swims and flawlessly mimics the motion of most baitfish. The Gamechanger is tied with Chocklett’s Gamechanger Chenille on articulated shanks, and is finished off with a realistic eye. Known for catching everything from trophy trout and massive bass to pike and inshore saltwater species, this is a fly that everyone should have on hand.

When fishing the Gamechanger, it’s important to give a stripped retrieve so that this fly can swim and move in the water, however, the speed at which you retrieve will vary depending on your target species. This is a fly that you can effectively fish in stillwater and moving water and one that you can count on to catch just about anything that preys on other fish. A revolutionary design that certainly changes the game, no streamer box is complete without a few Gamechangers.
