The Biot Epoxy Stone is a large Stonefly nymph that’s ideal for Steelhead and Trout fishing. This fly is best fished under an indicator on large freestone western rivers like the Yellowstone, or in the PNW for Steelhead. That being said, it’s an incredibly effective pattern wherever golden and pteronarcys Stonefly nymphs are present. The lifelike profile of this fly is crafted with superb attention to detail and is sure to fool any feeding fish. Tied on a long shank hook, the Biot Epoxy Stone also features an epoxy back, a bead head for extra weight, and realistic legs to grab the attention of any Trout or Steelhead.
